Billing & Payment Policy
Information about orders, wallet balances, online payments and billing records.
1. Pricing
Prices displayed in the customer workspace are subject to the applicable plan, billing period, taxes where applicable, coupons and stock at the time of purchase.
2. Payment methods
The checkout page displays the payment methods currently enabled for the account/order, such as wallet balance and supported online payment processing. A payment is considered successful only after the platform records the required confirmation.
3. Coupons
Coupons are subject to their configured validity, usage limits, discount type and applicable products. A coupon does not create cash value unless expressly stated.
4. Records
Orders, payment references, invoices and wallet ledger entries may be retained for accounting, reconciliation, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
