Terms & Conditions
The rules for creating an account, purchasing and using IndianX Cloud services.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Services
VPS availability, resources, operating systems, locations, IP allocation, pricing and stock can vary. Service specifications shown at checkout are the applicable commercial details for that order.
3. Payments
Orders must be paid using an available payment method. Wallet balances are account credits and may be subject to the applicable wallet, refund and abuse rules. Payment-provider processing may be subject to additional provider terms.
4. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend services where necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, provider restrictions or material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
5. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for content, applications, credentials and activity conducted through your VPS. You must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Changes and limitations
We may update these terms when the service, law or operational requirements change. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
