KYC & Verification Policy
How identity or business verification may be requested when verification controls are enabled.
1. When verification may apply
Verification may be enabled by the platform administrator for security, fraud prevention, compliance or business-risk reasons. The customer workspace will indicate when verification is required.
2. Information and documents
Where requested, customers must provide accurate information and only documents they are authorized to submit. Do not upload unrelated or unnecessary personal documents.
3. Review
Submitted information may be reviewed before approval. If verification is rejected, the customer may be asked to correct or resubmit the required information.
4. Protection
Verification material should be access-controlled and used only for legitimate verification, security, compliance and support purposes.
