1. Information we collect

Technical information
Our systems may record IP address, browser/device information, login timestamps, security events and service activity needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform.

- Process orders, wallet transactions and supported payments.
- Provide VPS provisioning, support, security and abuse handling.

3. Payments and third parties
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment credentials such as card or banking secrets should be entered only into the provider's secure payment interface. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers and related confirmation data, but we do not need to store your complete card credentials.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
